You can keep track of all of your bonuses from your account.
Click on the profile menu and then select Rewards and Bonuses.
Active Bonuses
To view your active bonuses, click Casino bonus - active.
To see the full details of your bonus, click on the bonus you would like to review. Once the playthrough requirement has been met, the bonus and winnings will turn to cash.
If you are not interested in playing out a bonus, you can select "Forfeit my bonus". This option will inform you of how much bonus funds and winnings will be removed, and the amount of cash you will be left with from the bonus. There will be an option to accept or cancel the forfeit.
Bonus History
To view your previous bonus information, select Casino bonus - history and select the date range you would like to review.
Here are the following statuses you may see:
- Released – You have met the playthrough requirement, and your bonus and winnings have turned to cash.
- Expired – The playthrough requirement was not met before the expiration date. When this occurs, all bonus funds and winnings are removed, and you are left with the remaining cash from your deposit.
- Exhausted – In this case, you've ran out of bonus funds before you could complete the playthrough requirement. There is no balance left to the bonus.
- Forfeited – You no longer wanted to play with the bonus, so it has been forfeited. All bonus funds and winnings are removed, and you are left with the remaining cash from your deposit.
Once a bonus has expired or has been forfeited, the bonus cannot be reissued to your account.
