Inactivity / Dormant Account
This article explains how we will handle any account that is deemed dormant.
As per our T&Cs (
https://on.stardustcasino.com/c/terms), your Stardust account will be deemed dormant if you have not logged in for a continuous period of 24 months. Any funds remaining in a dormant account will be forfeited. If the account balance is $1 or more, we will send an email to notify you that your account has become dormant. If the account remains dormant 30 days after the email notification, the account balance will be forfeited. Note, that accounts where the balance is less than $1 will not receive any email, but the funds will still be forfeited.
All you need to do to make your account active once again is to login to your Stardust account. If you do this during the 30 days notice period, then your account will be removed from the dormant accounts list and the balance funds will not be forfeited. If you want to reinstante your account balance after the funds are forfeited, please login to your account to make it active, and then contact our support team who will process your request to add back the forfeited funds.
