Take a vacation .....Self Exclusion & Cool-off
In order to promote responsible gaming, we offer our players the ability to restrict their game play on our site. We have different limits (deposit, loss and time) that can be set by you from the account profile to suite your requirements.
You can restrict complete access to your account either temporarily or permanently by using the Self-Exclusion settings in your account. Here's how to do it.
- Login to your casino account
- Click on the main menu
- Click on Responsible Gaming
- Choose one of the following
- Cool-Off - This is a temporary exclusion and you can login once the duration of cool-off is over. The minimum duration is 3 days and the maximum is 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion - This is a long term exclusion and you can lock your account for a period of 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. Note that we may not re-open your account in certain cases if this option was chosen
Cool-Off / Self-Exclusion
- Any bets pending on your account will continue to stand and will be closed as any normal bet.
- You will not receive any promotional messages from us but you may still receive account or transaction specific communication.
